Connectora Sync does not review or approve your customer communications before they are sent and is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, or suitability of the content you distribute using the Services.

  • Use Connectora Sync only for legitimate business communications and not for illegal or abusive activities.

Meta independently reviews WhatsApp Business Accounts, message templates, phone numbers, messaging quality, and account activity. Connectora Sync has no control over Meta’s review process, approval decisions, pricing, messaging limits, quality ratings, or enforcement actions.

Meta or WhatsApp may, at their sole discretion, reject message templates, reduce messaging limits, suspend phone numbers, restrict WhatsApp Business Accounts, disable specific features, or permanently terminate access to the WhatsApp Business Platform for violations of their policies.

Connectora Sync is not responsible for any action taken by Meta, WhatsApp, or other third-party providers relating to your business account, phone number, message templates, messaging limits, pricing, or platform access.

If Meta or WhatsApp requests additional verification, documentation, remediation, or corrective action relating to your business account, you agree to cooperate promptly and provide any information reasonably required to maintain compliance.

Connectora Sync does not sell Customer Data or customer message content to third parties. We may use aggregated or anonymized information that cannot reasonably identify an individual or business to improve our Services, develop new features, monitor performance, and generate statistical insights.

Our collection, use, storage, retention, disclosure, and protection of personal information are further described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. APIs, Webhooks & Third-Party Integrations

Third-party services may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict their APIs, permissions, features, pricing, or platform access at any time. Connectora Sync is not responsible for outages, disruptions, feature changes, pricing updates, compatibility issues, or limitations imposed by third-party providers.

While we make reasonable efforts to maintain integration compatibility, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of any third-party integration due to changes outside of our control.

10. Subscription Plans, Billing & Refunds

Connectora Sync offers subscription-based Services that may include monthly, annual, usage-based, one-time, or custom enterprise pricing depending on the selected plan or written agreement. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your account.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Certain Services may involve additional third-party charges that are not billed by Connectora Sync. These may include WhatsApp Business Platform conversation charges, Meta messaging fees, payment gateway fees, taxes, currency conversion charges, hosting costs, or fees imposed by connected third-party providers.

Connectora Sync does not control third-party pricing, billing policies, taxes, or service charges. Any changes made by Meta, WhatsApp, Shopify, WooCommerce extensions, payment processors, or other providers remain the responsibility of the respective provider.

Subscription prices, plan features, usage limits, storage allowances, API limits, and available functionality may change from time to time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide reasonable notice before material pricing changes affecting future renewals take effect.

Connectora Sync continually improves its Services and may perform scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, security updates, infrastructure upgrades, bug fixes, or feature enhancements. During these activities, portions of the Services may be temporarily unavailable or experience reduced performance.

While we strive to provide a reliable and secure platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Service availability may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, Meta or WhatsApp platform changes, third-party integrations, force majeure events, or customer configuration issues.

Connectora Sync reserves the right to add, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, APIs, or Services when reasonably necessary to improve the platform, maintain security, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or adapt to changes introduced by Meta, WhatsApp, or other third-party providers.

Where reasonably practicable, we will provide advance notice of planned maintenance or significant changes that may materially affect the availability of the Services.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership rights or intellectual property rights are transferred to you through your use of the Services.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, Connectora Sync grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes during your active subscription period.

Unless expressly permitted in writing by Swipe Technologies, you must not:

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, feature requests, ideas, or feedback regarding Connectora Sync, you grant Swipe Technologies a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, modify, implement, and incorporate that feedback into the Services without any obligation to compensate or credit you.

13. Suspension & Termination

Connectora Sync reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Services, in whole or in part, when reasonably necessary to protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms.

However, immediate action may be taken when necessary to protect the Services, prevent fraud, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

You may stop using the Services at any time and cancel your subscription in accordance with our Refund Policy. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for payments already processed unless required by applicable law.

Upon suspension or termination, your right to access and use Connectora Sync immediately ends. We may delete or disable access to your account and associated data in accordance with our data retention practices, legal obligations, and Privacy Policy.

Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including those relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, shall continue to remain in effect.
