Do I need my own Meta Business app?

No on Starter, Growth, and Pro—you can use Connectora’s platform Meta app. Enterprise can bring your own app for stricter brand control and Tech Provider setups.

Is Free Starter actually free?

Yes. Free Starter covers a solo operator exploring WhatsApp commerce—shared inbox basics and connecting a number. Meta conversation charges still apply on WhatsApp’s side when you message customers.

What is the Growth 14-day trial?

Try team seats, richer automations, and operator invites without a card. When the trial ends you can stay on Starter or keep Growth/Pro features on a paid plan.

How does assignment work?

Manual claim or round-robin. Agents mark availability so chats don’t land on people who are away. Internal notes stay private to the team.

Which stores does Connectora support?

WooCommerce is ready today. Shopify and Spree connect via the Connectora plugin SDK with HMAC-signed events. Custom stores can use webhooks on Pro.

What’s the difference between Automations and Workflows?

Automations are trigger → conditions → template (order status, abandoned cart, new chat). Workflows (Pro) add visual graphs with delays, wait-for-reply, store actions, payment links, and webhooks.

Can I migrate from another WhatsApp inbox?

Yes—connect Cloud API, sync templates, invite your team, then cut over. Contact support if you need help preserving open conversations during the move.
