Refund Policy
Clear rules for subscription cancellations, plan changes, billing corrections, trials, credits, and third-party charges.
1. General rule
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a signed order form, subscription, add-on, usage, setup, and service fees are non-refundable, non-cancellable for the current billing period, and non-creditable once charged.
Connectora provides immediate access to digital services and reserves infrastructure and support capacity based on the selected plan. Not using the service, forgetting to cancel, failing to configure an account, losing access to a third-party platform, or changing business needs does not create a refund entitlement.
2. Cancellation and renewal
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account’s Billing page, or by contacting support before the next renewal charge is processed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current prepaid billing period — you retain full access to your plan’s features until that date, after which your account moves to the Free plan. We do not refund, prorate, or credit any unused portion of the period in which you cancel.
Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until cancelled. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, early cancellation, seat reductions, or partial billing periods.
2A. Plan changes (upgrades and downgrades)
Upgrades — moving to a higher-tier plan, or from monthly to annual billing — take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount at the time of the upgrade, reflecting the difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle. This prorated charge is non-refundable once processed, except where a billing error occurred (see Section 4).
Downgrades — moving to a lower-tier plan, or from annual to monthly billing — take effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain your existing plan’s features until that date, at which point the new plan and pricing apply automatically. Downgrades do not generate a partial refund or credit for the difference in plan value during the period already paid for.
Scheduled downgrades can be reviewed or cancelled from the Billing page at any time before they take effect.
2B. Reactivation of a cancelled subscription
If you cancel and then choose to reactivate before your access period ends, your existing subscription resumes on its original terms (same plan, same renewal date), and no new charge is applied at the time of reactivation — billing continues on the original cycle. If your access period has already ended and your account has moved to Free, reactivating requires a new subscription purchase and is treated as a new charge, not a reversal of the prior cancellation.
3. Trials and promotional offers
Trial terms shown at signup control the trial. If payment details are required, the account may convert automatically to a paid plan when the trial ends unless cancelled beforehand. Trial expiration, promotional pricing, coupons, and credits do not entitle you to a refund and may not be combined, transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
4. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe Connectora charged an incorrect amount — including an incorrect proration on an upgrade — or duplicated a charge, contact support@connectora-sync.com within 14 days of the charge. Include the account email, invoice number, charge date, amount, and explanation.
After verification, we may correct the invoice, reverse a duplicate or erroneous Connectora charge, or issue account credit. Requests made later may be denied where records, payment-provider rules, or applicable law prevent correction.
5. Service interruption
Temporary downtime, maintenance, defects, delayed messages, or third-party outages do not automatically qualify for refunds. If a signed service-level agreement applies, its exclusive service-credit remedy controls. Otherwise, any credit is discretionary, may be limited to the affected service period, expires as stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Third-party and usage charges
Charges imposed by Meta, WhatsApp, carriers, payment processors, app stores, cloud providers, connected commerce platforms, taxes, currency conversion, bank fees, and other third parties are not Connectora fees and are not refundable by us. Message, conversation, template, usage, overage, top-up, and pass-through charges already incurred are non-refundable except where a verified Connectora billing error occurred.
7. Account suspension or termination
No refund is due when access is suspended or terminated because of non-payment, chargebacks, abuse, unlawful conduct, security risk, violation of platform rules, breach of our Terms, or activity that risks Connectora, our providers, or other users. Amounts already owed remain payable.
8. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate. An unjustified chargeback may result in immediate suspension, recovery of chargeback fees and collection costs, and restriction of future accounts, without limiting our other rights. We may provide the payment provider with account, acceptance, usage, communications, and invoice records relevant to the dispute.
9. Payment method updates
You may update your payment method at any time from the Billing page. Updating your payment method does not affect your current billing cycle, renewal date, or plan; it only applies to future charges. Connectora is not responsible for failed renewals caused by an expired, declined, or invalid payment method left unupdated, though we will make reasonable attempts to notify you before and after a failed charge.
10. How to request review
Email support@connectora-sync.com with your account and invoice details. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practical and may take additional time to appear depending on the payment provider or bank.
